Open it
Open the file you just downloaded. If your computer asks whether to run it, say yes. On a Mac, allow the access it asks for so we can see your screen.

Call us with your ID
Call us on 09 846 1805 and read out the ID shown in the TeamViewer window, and the password if there is one. We’ll take it from there.
