Remote Support Tool - Mac

The following instruction are based on using Safari.  For other browsers please speak to you engineer for further information.

Step One:

Click here to download the support tool

The application should automatically download

Step Two:

Double-click the large icon in the centre of the launcher screen

Step Three:

When prompted with a warning, press Open

Step Four:

Wait for the application to initialise.  Give your engineer the ID number and Password when it becomes available.
